Common questions
Do you file my taxes?
No. We're not a CPA firm and we don't do tax work. We keep clean, closed books and hand them to whoever files your taxes.
Do I have to change software?
We work with QuickBooks plus ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or FieldEdge. If you're on something else or nothing at all, tell us on the form.

Do I have to give you my QuickBooks login?
No. On the review, you share your screen and drive. We never ask for passwords. If you hire us later, you add us as our own user with only the access the work needs.
What's the Job Profit Report?
Margin by job type using your shop's own job types (for HVAC: maintenance, repair, replacement installs; for plumbing: service, water heaters, new construction), revenue per tech hour, and where margin leaks. It comes with every Cleanup, and every month on Monthly Books + Job Costing.
